Hi there 👋,
I’m Jiear Rueschhoff.

I’m a Lead UX/UI Designer with 10+ years of experience creating digital experiences that make complex things more simpler, more useful, and more intentional. I’ve spent much of my career working alongside product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to untangle tough problems, shape ideas, and turn them into thoughtful experiences across consumer and enterprise products.

My path into design wasn’t exactly linear. I grew up in the Midwest as the child of Southeast Asian refugees, where we didn’t have much, but I had a big imagination and was always creating, building, and thinking about how things could be better. I started college in mechanical engineering before finding architecture, where I fell in love with the idea that form follows function. Eventually, that same mix of creativity, problem-solving, and understanding people led me to UX/UI design—and it felt like the right fit.

These days, I’m especially curious about AI and how it can help us explore ideas, learn faster, and bring concepts to life in entirely new ways. When I’m not designing, I’m usually keeping up with what’s happening in the design world, finding inspiration through travel and nature, spending time with my family, or playing ultimate frisbee.
